		<description>I agree with Mitesh&#039;s apprehension regarding execution of the best laid startegies. However, it depends on planning &amp; strength of startegy. I generally follow cycle of Dream - Plan - Strategise &amp; Implement. This has helped me execute most of my HR initiatives.</description>
