Insensitivity and etiquette

I am sure of one thing about human beings now.The insensivity towards the fellow human being.
We Indians specially are oblivious towards the fact.
I hear endless horn honking near hospitals, temples with roaring loud speakers, marriages with damaging decibel levels of noise..

I have a neighbour who threw a party the day mumbai was burning.
I coach Business Etiquette. when it comes to fine dining, wining and power dressing, many people relate to it but the moment I suggest less noise on streets, no littering and saying sorry..it blows a chilled wind.
even highly placed executives have nuances of such likes.

Does it take too much to relate to other person?

    Great thoughts ma’am, I consider this as one of the big reason we are considered as part of 3rd world. There is no passion being an Indian and thus it becomes difficult to relate to fellow Indian.
