She is an acclaimed personality in the field of corporate training and business enhancement using training as an intervention tool.

Inspirational leadership clinic, Global Business Etiquette, Talent Management through psycho diagnostic tools with handheld mentoring and outbound synergy building workshops are her forte´.

A Lively, confident and vivacious person, she has a proven record of accomplishment of turning silent sheep of organizations in to performing lions.

Her ability to understand the objectives at senior level and fetch it down to the middle level is what her clients rave about. She makes learning a lot of fun with serious message interwoven and delivered successfully.

Apart from being a management graduate and alumni of IIM C she has undergone a one-year finishing and grooming course in Paris.She worked in this area with corporate, hospitality organizations and wineries in France and Switzerland.

Her proficiency of wining and fine entertaining has made her one of the most sought after cross cultural trainer in country and a visiting faculty to IIM Ahmedabad. She teaches handling of chopsticks with equal ease as she coaches Ballroom and formal dancing.

Her MS in Psychotherapy from Atlanta USA has given her the cutting edge of understanding diagnostic tools and understanding humans at their raw and tender core.

The program ignites unexplored potential in each employee of an Organization. SPARK looks at this aspect in further detail and explores the ways and means in which the potential of every employee is utilized at its best for the benefit of the organization and the individual.

A unique program, which leaves participants, charged up with new energy and their own undiscovered potentials to follow with a growth plan.

The methodology involves administering psychometric tool, individual counseling, classroom discussions, visual presentation, movie clips, games, exercise, role-plays and case study.

The takeaway for participants:

  2. Awareness among the employees that it is everyone’s responsibility, irrespective of the level or cadre, to ensure that organizational goals are achieved. Team synergy is the most important part of growth.

The workshop includes information segments on introductions and forms of address, career wardrobe, continental dining etiquette and executive entertaining,

etiquette pertaining to electronic communications, office decorum, corporate meeting protocol and social graces in the new millennium.

The Program deals with individual style definition and personal feedback.

 
Style Profile & Grooming

The concept of cross training the brain is opening the mind to the possibility of solution thinking (envisioning options) and releasing it from the recurring habit of problem thinking.

Creativity and problem solving is intrinsic to humans and it can always be better.

A unique training program that deals with creativity in day-to-day routine life and a new way of looking at problems. It generates divergent thinking patterns and how to convince others.

This new perspective can improve productivity through new ideas and new solutions to old problems. Perspective shifts helps you to develop a new understanding towards domestic front.

The six -day program covers creativity at work place and home, the problem solving process and team dynamics while decision making comes intertwined with it. The program is spaced over a period of 6 months having two-day sessions each vertical.

The entire module is based on role-plays, case lets, games and simulation exercises. The affirmation and practice exercises are distinctive and they make the learning easy to take home with.

When a decision is needed, an effective leader does not just fall into a single preferred style, such as using transactional or transformational methods. In practice, as they say, things are not that simple.

Factors that affect situational decisions include motivation and capability of followers. This, in turn, is affected by factors within the particular situation. The relationship between followers and the leader may be another factor that affects leader behavior as much as it does follower behavior.

The leaders' perception of the follower and the situation

will affect what they do rather than the truth of the situation. The leader's perception of themselves and other factors such as stress and mood will also modify the leaders' behavior.

Marchande’ is a unique program that deals with one’s decision-making abilities, critical evaluation and situational leadership.

The program evolves over a period of 6 to 12 months of mentoring, coaching, handholding and building self confidence.

The participant learn to strategize and execution. They strengthen leadership skill and manage stress of own and team. The concept of reward and recognition is explained and implementation too.

The program includes individual grooming.

We requested Ms Rama Moondra to help us with our trainning efforts in the field of Call Centres. Call centres in Ahmedabad were new and we needed someone to train the new recruits in call centre voice marketing and Ms. Rama Moondra helped us in this effort in an excellent way. She was already doing programmes on "Presentation Skills" and we took some of her programmes for our bright senior managers and the results were excellent.

We started building Adani Supermarkets, a consumer retail business we had no exposure to. We requested Rama Moondra to help train the staff both in attitude and sales and she was a permanent feature in all our stores.

Ms Moondra developed modules on TA, FIRO B, communications, motivation, team building and even outbound trainning. She has done these modules for us not only in English but in Bangoli for our employees in Haldia and in Telugu in Mantralayam.
